What’s new

Written for merchants, not for engineers: every entry is something you can go and use.

  1. Password reset, and a new platform site

You can now reset your own password from the sign-in page instead of writing to us. The platform’s own pages were rebuilt too: features, pricing — with a calculator that tells you which plan is cheapest for your sales — themes, a full FAQ and a contact page.

  2. Branches, a till, and wholesale pricing

If you have more than one branch, each now has its own stock. With it: a point of sale that runs in the browser with an 80mm slip, and store pickup as a fulfilment method. On the Pro plan, customer groups with wholesale price ladders and quantity tiers.

  3. A points programme, and invite-a-friend

You can now reward customers with points and tiers they redeem in your store. With it, referrals: your customer invites a friend, and both are paid on the friend’s first order — not at sign-up, so you reward a real customer rather than an e-mail address.

  4. Your sales reach the ad platform even when the pixel is blocked

Ad blockers and tracking prevention mean a share of your sales never reaches Facebook or TikTok, so your campaign looks worse than it is. Conversions are now sent server-side as well, deduplicated against the browser pixel.

  5. A courier book, and a cash ledger

You now have a courier book — companies, freelancers and bus offices — to record each shipment’s status against. And more importantly, a ledger matching what the courier collected against what actually reached you, because “delivered” means the money is with them, not with you.
