Common questions
Including the ones with an awkward answer. If we cannot do something yet, you will find it said plainly here rather than at checkout.
Getting started
Is it really free to start?
Yes. No monthly fee on the free plan — you pay a commission on each order you receive.
How long does it take?
Minutes to create. Most merchants finish the name, the products and delivery in one afternoon.
Do I need a card?
No card, no contract, no setup fee.
Do I need to know how to build websites?
No. The home page is drag-and-drop, and the rest is forms you fill in.
Can I try before I commit?
The free plan is not a trial — it does not expire. There is no countdown.
Pricing and billing
What is the commission?
A percentage of each placed order at your plan’s rate, recorded separately for each currency and never mixed.
How do I pay the subscription?
By transfer with a reference, in US dollars, invoiced per cycle and reconciled by hand.
Can I change plan?
Upgrade yourself from your dashboard at any time; the new fee applies from your next cycle. To move down, contact us.
What if I don’t pay?
We may suspend the store until the invoice is settled. Suspension is not deletion, and your data stays exportable.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes — ten months’ price for twelve, so two months free.
What about commission on a cancelled or refused order?
We have not settled that yet, and we will say so plainly before it applies. We would rather not invent a policy here that the billing code does not implement.
Payments and money
How will my customers pay?
Cash on delivery, Sham Cash, Syriatel Cash and MTN Cash. Wallet payments are confirmed by transfer reference.
Do you take cards?
Not yet.
Do you hold my money?
Never. The cash reaches you or your courier, and wallet transfers go straight from the customer to you. We are software, not a payment intermediary.
How do I know a COD order is real?
Turn on phone verification and the order is only placed once the number is confirmed by a one-time code.
Can I price in dollars?
Yes, and the storefront shows Syrian pounds automatically at the platform rate. One catalogue, not two.
Shipping and delivery
How is shipping priced?
A rate per governorate, with the ones you do not serve switched off, and an optional free-shipping threshold.
Do you deliver?
No. You arrange delivery; we give you the courier book, the shipment statuses and the cash ledger to run it.
Can a customer track an order without an account?
Yes — with the order code and their phone number.
Can I offer pickup instead?
Yes, as a fulfilment method bound to a branch.
Store and design
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the plans that include it. Your store then opens at your own address.
Can I change how the store looks?
Seven themes, each with its own settings, plus your colour, font, corner radius and logo — and 31 blocks for the home page.
Is my store in Arabic?
Arabic first, with full right-to-left layout, and English beside it for shoppers who prefer it.
Can I add pages and a blog?
Both, in both languages.
Catalogue and data
Can I move my products from another platform?
Yes — a CSV exported from Shopify, WooCommerce or anywhere else.
Is there a product limit?
20 on free, 200 on basic, unlimited on pro.
Can I sell at wholesale prices?
Yes, on the pro plan: customer groups with price ladders and quantity tiers.
Can I e-mail my customers?
A newsletter list and campaigns, plus abandoned-cart recovery on the paid plans.
Is there a points programme?
Yes, with referrals paid on the friend’s first order — never at sign-up.
Can I get my data out?
Catalogue and customers as CSV, any time, from your dashboard.
Is there an API?
A GraphQL Admin API, scoped API keys and signed webhooks, with documentation.
Who can see my store’s data?
Only you. Each store is isolated — one merchant can never read another’s catalogue, orders or customers.
Still not answered?
The guides go deeper on selling online in Syria — or just open a store and see. It costs nothing.
